My good friend Andrew Watson recently did this video for Vimby.com about the Philadelphia Complaint Choir. I’d never heard of it before, but the idea is just so wonderful.
I hate complaining, but I also (like most people I think) have a bunch of things to complain about. I believe negativity is above all else, one of the worst attributes in a person. So the difficulty is, how does one complain about something, and encourage progression, without being a negative nancy?
The answer, was quite simple apparently. Watch the following video and enjoy. Cheers.

Just a quick one today - because quite frankly this makes me more angry than it should, and I don’t think much needs to be said about this.
Just moments ago - on CNN’s FRONT PAGE - is the following:

Wow. Also would like to point out, this is hours after top aides to Sen. Clinton and President Elect Obama have confirmed that she has accepted the position offered to her of Secretary of State, and yet no mention of it on CNN’s site.
Message to CNN - iReport is terrible. You’re not YouTube, and we don’t want you to be. If I wanted to see what a whole bunch of idiots think about current events I would head over to YouTube and search for them. I have a small amount of respect for your news organization, please let me keep it.
another opinion on it

More often than not now when I go out to shoot a portrait, I’m spending a lot of time setting up lights, lugging gear, and dumping sand out all over the place because I’m a klutz with my sandbags.
Rarely anymore do I remember that I can actually take a photo without all of that fancy gear. Last night was an exception. As I headed out to take a photo of Paul Salter at the Jazz Attic I decided to leave everything at home except for my 16-35. It was fun, and it reminded me of the way I used to shoot a couple of years ago.
